Symptom
When installing a toner cartridge, the lock lever may get stuck.
Cause
Toner cartridge variations and a shortage of component space inside the machine may
cause the lock location to vary, causing the lock lever to get stuck. (i.e., the waste toner
shutter opening mechanism of the process cartridge)
Action
In order to assure the component space from the toner cartridge, the rib of the LED
Connector cover is cut.
