The addition of a molt has been carried out between the DV seal and the side seals of the
DV unit.  This action has been carried out as a measure to diminish the amount of toner
that scatters to the front and rear edges of the MC grid.

R side: The notched portion of molt B
should be aligned with the upper portion
of the side seal and the molt attached.

F side: Molt A should be aligned with the upper
portion of the side seal and attached between the
side seal and the T-shaped molt. The horizontal
positioning should be aligned with the left edge
portion of the T-shaped molt.

Note: If the gap between the side seal and the T-shaped molt is small, the side seal
should be attached in alignment with the standard, and the extra portion attached to the
upper surface of the T-shaped molt.

Action carried out from November 2001 production.
