Reset all Grid Bias voltages using Test Simulation 8-02 to 450.

4. 

Force Image Correction Process Control by executing Test Simulation

After the operation has completed successfully, the COMPLETE icon will be
highlighted.

5. 

Initialise the copier so the machine comes to a "Ready" condition.

(Copies will probably have either severe background or are very dark at this point).

6. 

Return the CCD Colour Balance (gamma) back to the factory default by executing
Test Simulations 63-08 and 63-05.

Set the Half tone correction data to the default setting using Test Simulation 44-27.

8. 

Perform Auto Colour Calibration using Test Simulation 46-24.

If manual adjustments to colour balance are required, select "Service " mode.

Use Test Simulations 46-21 and 44-21 to make and store manual colour balance
settings after adjustment.

Using the Sharp Grey Chart (UKOG-0162FCZZ), adjust all exposure levels by
using Test Simulation 46-01 (colour) and 46-02 (BW) to the specification as shown
below.

10. 

Confirm density levels in all colour exposure modes by using the Sharp A3 Colour
Test Chart as shown below.

11. 

Re-calibrate the ARPE1 (if connected and installed) after all adjustments have been

completed.
