     Remove and replace Drums as required (AR-C25DU or AR-C25DK).  

    For ARC160, Remove and replace Black MC Charger, Cleaner Blade & Seal (AR-C16MK) 
     Remove and replace Developer as required (AR-C15LD9, AR-C15LD1).  
     Clean slit glass on LSU units. (Use UKOG-0289FCZZ) 

 
Transport Unit 

 

     Remove and replace transport belt waste container and drum waste container (AR-C15HB).  
     Remove and clean the image density sensor and reference plate. 
     For ARC160, replace the Resist Roller Cleaner (AR-C16MK)  

 
Fuser Unit 

 

     Replace the upper heat roller (complete with bearings etc) and cleaning roller. 
     Replace the lower heat roller(complete with bearings etc) and separation pawls. 
     Remove and replace the oil applying unit and oil filter. 
     Remove and replace the fuser oil (AR-C15LL).  
     Remove and clean the oil pump mesh filter. 

 

 

     Clean all optics, CCD, and white reference plate. (Use UKOG-0289FCZZ) 
     Remove and inspect all Ozone & Toner filters – clean if necessary.

80K PM CHECKLIST   
 
In addition to the 40K PM procedure, perform the following:- 

Process Unit 
 

     For ARC160, Replace the Black Drum (AR-C16DR).  
     For ARC160, Remove and replace Black Developer (AR-C16LD1). 
     Replace DV unit seals (AR-C15DS). 

 

     Remove and replace all Ozone and toner filters (AR-C15FL).  

 
Transport Unit 
 

     Remove and clean all transfer unit holders.  
     For ARC150/250, Replace all transfer rollers (AR-C15TX).  
     Replace transfer belt cleaning blade. (AR-C15TX for ARC150/250).

In addition to the 40K PM & 80K PM procedures, perform the following:- 

     For ARC150/250 Replace the transfer belt and belt separation pawls (AR-C15TT). 
     For ARC160 Replace the transfer belt and Transfer Rollers (AR-C16TT).
