Important notice to all Service Managers
To further improve our communication links we have invested in a new
telecommunication network.  This change has resulted in the need to alter our
Technical Hotline Support Number.
The number change will take effect from 1
st
 May 1995.
The Technical Hotline Support Desk can only be accessed by dialling the number
direct.  No provision has been made to transfer calls to or from the Hotline within the
building.
The number is as follows:-

We would like to take this opportunity of reminding you that the Hotline facility is provided for
trained engineers only, who have difficult technical problems and have already exhausted their
own internal escalation procedures.
A full Hotline procedure is included in the relevant Service Policy.
