   2) Pre-Course Study Guide
1)   During the past three months you may have received Flash Rom cards to allow easy
upgrade of your AR280/285/335 machines currently in the field or showroom.
In the near future we will be offering a free of charge service similar to current EPROM
upgrades. However this procedure can not be implemented until all of the Flash Rom
cards have been returned to Sharp UK Copier Technical Dept, please enclose your details
with returned Roms.
These Roms are of no use without the necessary upgrade software and cost £74 each,
with this in mind we would appreciate your co-operation in returning any Roms.
It will be necessary to invoice for any unreturned Roms at £74 each.
2) A pre-course study guide has been compiled for the above range of machines, this
guide is now available from parts centre ( AR335-Study-G ).
For those attending the course it is important that the guide is studied and the final test
completed.
There will be a test on the first morning of the course, which engineers must pass in
order to continue.
