The addition of circuit-terminating resistors has been carried out to the clock line in the
ICU PWB of the models listed above. This action has been carried out as a measure to
improve the conditions described below.
(1) After the power supply was turned ON, the machine would display the message
“Operating System Checks”, and would not boot up.

Method of confirmation for the field:
(1) Sim 60-1 should be carried out during the initialization setup operations.  The
simulation should be carried out 1 time when the power supply is first turned ON, and
2 times after the setup operations have been completed and the machines is warmed
up.
(2) Sim 60-1 should be carried out for machines which have already been installed.
If the cause of the trouble is in the ICU PWB, carrying out Sim 60-1 will result in <NG>.
