REASON 
Whiteboard does not start up. 
Error message 
– Internal error occurred. Do not turn off the main power switch. Hold 
down the POWER button until the power turns off. 
 
When the unit enters Power standby mode (Sleep mode) with the remote controller or 
the power button, if the main power switch is turned OFF before the writing to OS the 
SSD is completed, the OS is corrupted and the Whiteboard may not start up. 
 
ACTION 
Replace the SSD module from Sharp Parts Centre. 
Update the SSD using the HDI update reference Technical Bulletin 
– IDP 2015 01 02.
