New firmware and service tool to resolve the following issues:
Scalar firmware (Chandler) version check and writing.
USB microcomputer firmware (NXP) version check and writing.
Touch microcomputer firmware (Ranger) version check and writing.
Model name / destination check and writing.
Serial number check and writing.
Backlight usage time check and writing.
White balance check and writing.
Factory default setting.
Aging/LED lighting check/Test pattern.
Touch panel controller adjustment / Digitizer pen operation check.
Acquisition/ update on all the settings in OSD menu.
Copying of a file used for an update via USB drive.
ACTION
Download the service tool from the technical website and follow the instructions
provided in the service manual to update the main firmware.
