DUAL COOKING
The DUAL CONVECTION/GRILL function
combines any one of the microwave power levels
with convection or the grill.
DUAL CONVECTION/GRILL is programmed with
microwave power level 30% (MED/LOW). Press the
MICROWAVE POWER LEVEL key if you wish to
adjust the power level.  The combination of
microwave and convection or grill reduces cooking
time and provides a crisp, brown result giving you
the convenience of fast cooking with traditional
appetising taste and appearance.
1. Enter the cooking time by
pressing the 10 MIN key
once and the 1 MIN key
once.
2. Press DUAL
CONVECTION
GRILL 
twice.
3. Press MICROWAVE
POWER LEVEL three
times for 70%
(MEDIUM HIGH).
4. Press
START/AUTO
MINUTE 
once to
start cooking.
EXAMPLE: For DUAL GRILL.
To cook using DUAL GRILL, combining 70% (MEDIUM HIGH) microwave power for 11 minutes.

COOKING HINT: For DUAL GRILL.
Use the high rack for grilling small items such as sausages, bacon or burgers. Turn over halfway through
cooking. Food can be placed directly on the rack, on a heat resistant plate or in a flan dish on the rack.
EXAMPLE: For DUAL CONVECTION.
To cook for 20 minutes on DUAL CONVECTION 230˚C combined with MICROWAVE POWER LEVEL 10% (LOW).
5. Press the START/AUTO
MINUTE key once to
start cooking.
NOTES:
• When browning or crisping foods in a casserole dish, you may use the high rack if the container is
shallow enough. However, it is advisable to place such containers directly onto the turntable or rack,
allow a little extra time to brown and crisp.
• Follow recommended DUAL COOKING times and procedures given in the chart in the cookery book.
• After cooking the display will show:
1. Enter the cooking
time by pressing the
10 MIN. key twice.
2. Press the DUAL
CONVECTION/
GRILL 
key to select
the cooking mode.
3. Press the CONVECTION
TEMPERATURE key
once to change the
temperature to 230˚C.
4. Press the MICROWAVE

For best results with SensNcook, ensure both the
oven and cookware are dry and cool (approx.
20°C).
The  SensNook food programme is suitable for
the food types indicated on pages 13-14 only.
Where necessary, press the MORE (
) or
LESS (
) keys, once only before pressing the
SensNcook key. (as recommended in the charts
on pages 13-14).

After the oven is plugged in, wait 2 minutes before
using SensNcook.
Once a SensNcook programme has started, do
not open the door or press STOP/CLEAR until
‘SENSR’ has stopped flashing on the display.
During this time, Sensor technology senses
humidity emitted from food as it heats and
determines the heating time. Opening the door or
stopping the oven disturbs the humidity content
and affects the cooking result.
Ensure food is thoroughly heated before serving. If
additional heating is required, cook this manually.

press the chosen food key and the oven will do the rest

• Place the food in the centre of the turntable.

• Cover with microwave plastic wrap, pierce 5 times
• For larger weight, when the oven stops and audible 
(Cup or Bowl)
signals sound, stir. For smaller weight, the oven does 
not stop.
• After cooking, stir and let stand for approx. 1-2 minutes.
NOTE:
• If thin/clear soup is cooked press LESS (
▼) key before 
pressing sensor key.

• Follow quantity in recipes.
0.5 - 1.5kg.
• Defrost frozen fruits before cooking.

• When the oven stops and the audible signals sound, stir.

again, stir and mash.

Raspberry Jam
• Mix the raspberrys with the preserving sugar and add
1kg.
to a 3.5L glass (Pyrex) container.

• Cook on SENSNCOOK Jam.

• After cooking fill into well cleaned glasses and cover with
(eg. Tate & Lyle Jam sugar)

Strawberry Jam
• Mix the strawberries and lemon juice with the preserving

Plum Jam
• Mix the plums with the preserving sugar and add sugar

• Peel the rind from the oranges and cut into shreds

• Peel the oranges and chop to a pulp usint the food processor.

Add orange pulp to shredded rind And mix. Add 485g

of rind and pulp mixture to a 3.5L glass (Pyrex) container.
(eg. Tate & Lyle Jam sugar)
• Peel the rind from the lemons and shred. Squeeze the juice
from the lemons.
• Add 15g of lemon rind and 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
to the orange pulp mixture. Add the sugar and mix.
• Cook on SENSOR COOK Jam.
• After cooking fill into well cleaned glasses and cover with
twist-off lid or with preserving film.

Fish fillets

• Put the fish fillet in a bowl with thin ends towards the centre.
