SYMPTOM It may be possible that a start up noise could be apparent on the operation of the unit.
REASON
Variance in the phase control of the relays can create an in rush current to the
transformer on start up.
ACTION
Check, and if not already fitted, fit a 0.1uF/50V ceramic capacitor in parallel to the
existing capacitor in the position of C10 on DPWBFB852WRK0.  It is recommended
that the capacitor is fitted on the solder side of the board.  Please ensure that the
capacitor is insulated from the board to avoid any risk of a short circuit.
