10. Condiment change print out at Kitchen Printer

At usage of the “Condiment change” function the item and the “Modify Symbol” Void was no longer printed at the Kitchen printer. This has

been corrected.
At version 1.5.0.8 it was OK.
11. Report

At the Individual Clerk Z report the title of Auto Tip Paid was previously printed to X Report.

This incorrect behaviour has been corrected.

The Version 1.6.0.10 is fully compatible with version 1.6.0.9.

a. A Condiment is registered on a table and finalized by NBAL or Final.

b.  Making the same registration of the same Condiment on the same table again.

c. There is no print out of this Condiment on the Kitchen Printer anymore.
2. Turnover is not printed out in Transaction and Department report at EOD due to wrong Terminal range setting.

[Compatibility]
The Version 1.6.0.9 is fully compatible with version 1.6.0.8.

The following items 1 to 2 are resolved problems
1. During Program Backup the file for \Employee\Revenue Center / Rooms / Tables was not created.
2. The file version.ini contains wrong information about Software version.

The data is not compatible with version 1.5.x.x and also not with that of previous versions:

1. In case of update from version 1.5.x.x  please use the new CSV update tool --select the header file 1.6.X.  and the folder in which your data

for conversion is situated and start the conversion.

The tool provides a protocol which you can save.

2. In case of update from an older version as above you first have to convert the data with the tool provided with version 1.5.x.x and next
proceed with the above tool mentioned under 1.

Do not install the new Version with “keep current data” or copy and paste CDB file from any older versions.

The following items 1 to 11 are specification changes or additions
1. A pop up typewriter keyboard is introduced for access to the B.O and for frequently used programming jobs (POS programming) at the
BackOffice.
2. Compulsive table number entries can now be managed by Clerk w/o using graphical table layout.
3. Enhancements are introduced in connection with accumulated printing for Condiment items at the Bill- and Kitchen-Printers.

4. Multiple “Open amount Coupon” entries is realised via Cash or Check key

( Example: Qty à “open amount” entry à Check
5. A new function “One shot” Clerk real key is now available.
6. At “Shutdown” the pop up message “Are you sure” always appears.
7. Free Text entry via typewriter pop-up is introduced at UPX200.
8. 86 Item function with changed functionality is available at UP-X200
9. The following improvements are done at reporting/data storage.

a) Individual terminal reports are introduced at the POS server and accessible via the Online function.

b) If reporting of Group / Dept./ PLU data per Clerk is selected the update is skipped for the training clerks  in Period 1&2.
c) It is now possible to define by a system parameter if stock counting is done or inhibited.

d) A new key “Customer Bill 2” is introduced which only delete at Customer Bill print and “Delete” the Customer item data but not the B.O

balance amount.

e) At all relevant reports the VAT is now calculated during reporting.

f) FIFO method is applied to the “Closed transaction and E/J file”

g) Online data stored under the HD2 /Preset/ Sales folder is no longer extracted to the RAM memory area at booting.
h) Preset “Online data” is written to RAM and HD2/ Preset folder in order to avoid loss of new preset data in the case of a Power Failure.
10. Initial key entry before (Customer or Employee key) MCR card reading is skipped if it is set accordingly at the “Setting.ini file”.
11. The meaning of the Terminal/ Bill setting “Zero priced” PLU’s printed on Bill: Yes/No”  is changed to “ Zero turnover” PLU’s printed on Bill.

The following items 1 to 7 are resolved problems
1. The following entry caused double update (except at Clerks turnover) and also created 2 times a closed transaction.

Operation/ Reason: Insert a Clerk key and just press the [modifier key] without any item entry causes that a previous transaction is again

finalised and updated.

Condition: Modifier PLU is set to be operated before the actual PLU entry

(Revenue Centre / Function/ Modifier key entry : Before original PLU)
 and “Real Clerk key” is set to auto finalise upon removal.
2. Previously the setting at -- (Key Programming/Area Layout/Room Properties

Default price level for room) was overwritten after changes were done at

-- Floor Management/Change Section Plan
3. In case for a Guest name was entered to an open transaction and it was next merged to a GLU, the Guest name was not shown in “Open

table list.

Now also in the case the Guest name is transferred to the GLU.
4. In a POS-Server system configuration with scale connection, the scale was only working at the POS-server but not at a Client terminal.

Now it is working correctly at any terminal.

Note: Compulsory scale items can not be registered at a terminal were no scale is connected
5. At UP-X200 KP programming by room previously did not work at version 1.5.0.6. In version 1.5.0.8 and version 1.6.0.8 this has been
corrected.
6. At PMS file base file name and file format of POST file is modified at version 1.5.0.8 and version 1.6.0.8
7. The Back Office Sales report: Void/Refund/Return sales previously reported no data. This bug has been corrected since version 1.5.0.7 and

version 1.6.0.8

The following items 1 to 4 are resolved problems
1. Scale compulsory item can be registered at the terminal which isn't connected scale.

Note: It is modified in such a way that compulsory scale items cannot be registered at

terminals to which a scale is not connected.
2. KP programming by room doesn't work at UP-X200.
3. At clerk report the closed check amount is not correct.
4. At PMS file base file name and file format of POST file are mofified.

Please refer to instructions of 1.5.0.4 below regarding data convert
At customer bill delete the RA amount was reversed and added to the total charge amount.
If at the “POS device programming” for Kitchen printers “KP recapitulation: YES” was selected and the same Link PLU is registered multiple
times the Qty. of tied PLU for KP printing was previously not correct.
