Saved Reports in Inline-System
C 3.1
In case of an Inline System with a Backup-Master, while the Backup-Master has taken over the role
of the Master (due to Master down), the Backup-Master still behaves like the Satellite as far as the
Saved Reports are concerned.
Only the Electronic Journal as well as PGM Backup and ALL RAM Backup, according to their setting,
will be saved on SD Card.

Stacked Reports

A Stacked Report called at the Satellite shows a “strange” behaviour like no cut between the
individual reports or even not printed correctly at all.

This phenomenon only occurs by using the Recall Closed Transaction feature and only after the

System hang up after update with ROM Version V1.62 / V1.63

In a very few cases it can happen that after update of a machine with a Fiscal ROM like V1.62 or
V1.63 by using the SD Card function, the screen remains black after the Master-Reset.
Sometimes a break error can be seen in the display. In this condition the machine hangs and a reset
of the machine is not possible anymore. No further update is possible.
By updating the machine with ROM Version V1.64 this phenomenon will not occur.

Recall Transaction finalized by another Clerk and using Supervisor function

It could happen that after recall of a transaction, which has been finalized by another Clerk, the
Clerk totalizers were not updated correctly. In order to get correctly updated Clerk totalizers the

If several Group Discounts have been granted during a registration, a miscalculation could happen
if more than one of them were voided.

Electronic Journal entry after Saved Report

It is fiscal specification, that whenever the Electronic Journal has been deleted, the new Electronic
Journal starts with the ECR system information as the very first entry. Unfortunately this ECR system
information entry was missing after the “Saved Report” has been carried out at the Satellite.
This has been corrected by ROM version V1.65.

During the Saved Report function the sales data will be saved into a folder where the date for that
sales data is part of the folder name. In case that the sales data has to be stored for the previous
day according to “DAY START TIME” a date miscalculation will occur if the current date is the 1

Intermediate GLU at the Orderman

It is possible to call an intermediate GLU at the Orderman using the “Subtot” function.
Unfortunately, the BILL print header has been used for that print out.

Split of a Condiment PLU at the Orderman
C 5.7
A split of a Condiment PLU results in a wrong registration result at the ECR.
Due to the system specification a split of a Condiment PLU by number input is inhibited. This is
valid for the Orderman also.
With V1.65 a split of a Condiment PLU at the Orderman will show an “ENTRY ERROR” at the
Orderman because it has been rejected from the ECR.
