You need to copy the file
c:\A8\EX\TILLFM.EXE from
another machine into the faulty
machine. To copy this file ensure
that both machines are in Dos.
Edit the rincs.cfg file on the
working machine and check the
following lines, Which should
look similar to this.

Rdrive001 c:=d:

Rdrive002 c:=e:

This will tell you the drive letter of
the machine that you are copying
to. Then from the working
machine copy the following file
C:\A8\EX\TILL85.EXE to
D:\A8\EX\
