OVERVIEW
The way in which you want to operate the “Happy Hour” discounted prices on the system may
be set up and maintained on this screen.  According to the information you enter, the system
will automatically start and end the period at the appropriate time and on the appropriate days.
The system will also display a warning on the terminal, for the server’s information, from five
minutes before the period ends until the end time has been reached.
Up to three “Happy Hour” periods may be specified.  The status field will indicate whether the
Happy Hour Period is currently available at the terminal.  You can operate the period on all
days of the week or specify a particular day.  The start and end time and  the price band you
want to use may also be specified.  A description of the period can be entered which will be
displayed on the terminal when the “Happy Hour” is in operation.
