the Manager Menu.

At the PC check in C:\SITE1\COMMSOUT
that a directory is present that has the name of
the current date set on the POS along with
some other files (inc DEPT.DAT,
SRVR.DAT). If this is not the case either the
Network is not functioning, check on the POS
that you can carry out DIR G:, or the name of
the directory C:\SITE1\COMMSOUT is
incorrect.

install the data from this directory.
7.
Then select “Import PLU Master File from
POS” confirm that you wish to clear all the
sales data. The PLU’s will then import. You
will need to close a DOS window that opens,
but only when it displays “Finished” in the
top Left Hand side of the Window.
8.
Finally select from the Menu Bar “Clear” -
“Clear Sales Figures” and select Yes to clear
all sales figures.
