different types of Reason
code.

REASON_VOIDS

REASON_VIPS

REASON_REFUNDS

You can set 6 different
reason codes for each the
above reasons.

Can I change the text
description for the
Analysis field that is
printed on the Kitchen
printer and  UP5000.

Yes - Edit the following
section <Categories>
within the file S98.TXT

Can I view a report
before it prints out on
the report printer. On the
UP5000

Yes - Any reading report
that is normally taken on
the report printer is
available “On Screen”

Can I view a historical
Transactions. On the
UP5000

Yes - There is a feature
that can be configured in
Rincs.cfg called
Transaction History where
any transaction can be
viewed / printed upto a
maximum recommended
50 days.

To use this feature it is
necessary to have at least
1 hard disk drive
configured within the
system.
