with the help and advice of caterers, publicans and retailers
so that a business can run its own in-house loyalty scheme.

Loyalty Manager is a simple yet comprehensive customer
loyalty management system, which is linked to SharpSoft’s
Epos Manager systems and the Sharp range of PC based
touch screen EPOS terminals.

Each customer is issued with their own unique loyalty card
which when swiped at the point of sales retrieves their current
balances from the back office computer. A PhotoID image
can be associated with the customer which can be used to
verify the person before any sale takes place.

Purchases can be paid for from the cash balance that is held
for each of the loyalty customers, thereby eliminating the need
for them to carry cash.

Point of sale information is processed in real time as and
when sales take place thereby giving up to the minute and
accurate reporting. The sales information is also used to
create purchase histories for each customer profiling their

System Structure
• Sharp POS terminals utilise magnetic swipe technology to identify loyalty customers.
• Loyalty Manager resides on the back office computer giving a real time link for up to the minute
balances.
• Integrated into SharpSoft’s EPOS Management software, both Ecr Manager and Stock Manager, so
that product information is always up to date.

• Get an up to date card balance via a card enquiry.
• Following a transaction, have the latest card balance details printed on the till receipt.
Loyalty Bonuses
• Loyalty spend bonuses can be added to a card in the form of points or cash.
• An optional revaluation bonus can be added to a card in the form of points or cash, when a card is revalued
at the point of sale.
• A spend bonus multiplier can be used to double\ treble the bonus allocated between certain times on
specific days.
• Points can be automatically redeemed for cash when they reach a pre-determined level.
• An upper spend limit can be set, above which any spend value will be ignored when calculating a bonus.
• A minimum spend limit can be set, so that the spend must reach a certain level before it attracts a bonus.
Multi User (optional)
• The same installation of Loyalty Manager can be operated from two or more computers at the same time.
• Protective mechanisms are in place to prevent the same data from being changed at the same time by two
or more different users.
