For machines bound for the USA markets.

<1> A change has been carried out in the battery of the models listed above. The 

Ni-Cd (nickel-cadmium) batteries which were previously used have been 
discontinued, and replaced with Ni-MH (Hydrogen) batteries. This action has 
been carried out in accordance with a halt in the production of the Ni-Cd batteries. 

In accordance with this change in the market conditions, the Ni-Cd battery 
recycle mark and caution label has been discontinued from the ECR machine 
and the packing case.

<2> The Hyatt Patent label which was attached to the ECR machine in accordance 

with the patent display restrictions has been discontinued in accordance with the 

expiration of the display time period.

Note:
The discontinued Ni-Cd battery recycle mark and caution label, and the Hyatt Patent
label which were both previously displayed on the ECR machine were labels copied

from the FCC Declaration and the order forms for service operations. 

The Ni-Cd battery recycle mark and caution label which has been discontinued.

The Hyatt Patent label which has been discontinued.
