SYMPTOM When  the  unit  is  being  used  in  conjunction  with  a  LCD  television  set,  the  remote
control may not function.
CAUSE
Firmware error.
ACTION
Update  the  firmware  in  accordance  with  the  instructions  given  in  section  1-9  of  the
DVNC100H service manual.
Use the latest firmware data on the Sharp Tech Web.  Note that this file needs to be
unzipped to extract the firmware data.
