REASON
Intermittently, during CD playback, the CD mechanism can vibrate
CAUSE
Focus oscillation due to the CD mechanism vibration.
ACTION
To avoid the CD mechanism vibration, add a "Foam Cushion" between CD
mechanism chassis and guide rail.  See the diagram on page 2 of this Technical
Bulletin for details on where to fit this cushion.
