1. Place down the cabinet as shown below.
2. Fix LCD panel into the cabinet by taking below precautions.

1. Do not press panel surface to avoid blue spot on the panel display.
2. Do not use hard cloth or rub the surface too hard. This may cause sratches on the surface.
3. Take care not to subject the TV’s surface to water or detergent. Any liquid (including pets urine) if enters the product could

lead to TV failure.

4. Take care not to subject the surface to insect repellent, solvent, thiner or other voiltile substances. This may degrade surface

quality or cause peeling of the paint.

5. The surface of the display panel is specially treated and may be easily damaged. Take care not to tap or scratch with your

fingernail or other hard objects.

1. Put LED SHADE RIB on CABINET.
2. Fix LED PANEL on CABINET.
3. Wire connecting. (V10)
4. Put V-PCB on CABINET.
5. Fix them with SCREW.
6. Insert the CLAMPER.

1. Insert CN1~P4 wire to inveter.
2. Insert CN201~P3 wire to inveter and stick felt.
3. Stick felt LCD panel (Bottom left side).
4. Fix Top mtg and Bottom Mtg.
5. Fix Chassis frame bracket at Top Mtg and Bottom Mtg.
6. Insert LVDS wire to inveter and stick 2 felt.
7. Stick left at chassis frame to avoid sharp edge.

1. Fix MASK BRACKET (SIDE/TOP/BTM) on the cabinet.
2. Fix Vertical Metal Bracket, Metal Support Bracket (R).
3. Fix them with SCREW.
4. Fix Clamper at Vertical Metal Bracket.
