The  E3D/E3 Chassis is for a video projector, and is based on the MD2/MD2L Chassis.

These bus lines are used for optical circuit control of
projection TV.  MD2 chassis has 3 bus line, E3D chassis is
operated by 3 bus lines, too.
Pin No. 30 (CONVER IN)
During the digital convergence mode, digital convergence
circuit is operated by SUB MPU(IC7106).
During that time, Main MPU(IC1101) is stopped by Hi
voltage applies to pin No.30  of Main MPU.
