PNL PC Board Block Diagram (Panel PCBs)
The PNL1 PCB consist of Panel Control CPU, Flash Memory, S-RAM, LCD Controller, Real Time Clock and
other peripherals. It has no decision making functions, which are controlled by Command Signals from the
SC PCB.
The PNL2, 3 and 4 consist of LED, Switches and Buzzer, which are controlled by PNL1.

Shut Down / Sleep Mode
Note:
Shut Down / Sleep Modes can be selected in the User Mode.
This function reduces the power consumption in standby mode.
During Shut Down Mode, power is supplied to the Energy Saver Lamp to keep it illuminated, to the circuit
that monitors incoming Ringing signals, and to circuits that maintain Deferred communications only. The
power is recovered only when an incoming Ringing signal is detected, the time to perform a Deferred
communication has lapsed, or the Energy Saver key is pressed.
