10 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions
10.1. Mother Board / CPU Board (COM Express Module)
10.1.1.
Remove the Boards
1. Loosen the 3 Screws (A).
2. Side the Top Cover in the direction shown below (1).
3. Removet the Top Cover (2).
4. Remove the Support Bar in the direction shown below (1, 2).
5. Loosen the 3 Screws (B).
6. Removet the Front Panel.
Upside the 3 Hooks is removed. (Fig.1)

7. Remove the 3 Connector.
8. Loosen the 4 Screws (C), and remove the CPU Board and Heat 
Sink from the Mother Board.
9. Loosen the Screw (D), Remove the CPU Board than Heat Sink.
Caution:
• Once you remove the CPU Board repaste the always new 
Rubber.
(Melcoat of Rubber be peeled off.)
• When fixing the CPU Board and Heat Sink that are pressed 
firmly screw (D).
10. Loosen the 7 Screws (A).
11. Remove the Mother Board.

How to take out the SO-DIMM Board.
• Extend metal latches in the direction (1) and pull the SO-DIMM 
Board in the direction (2).
How to take out the mSATA SSD module.
• Extend metal latches in the direction (1) and pull the mSATA SSD module 
in the direction (2).
