2. Door Switch (Micro switch) does
    not work correctly.
1. Execute Key/Sensor in Sec. 9.3.6 to check 
    the door switch (Door Sensor) ON/OFF 
    condition.
2. Check the condition between the Door
    Switch and CN4002 on DRIVE Board.
3. Check the Door Switch mechanical 
    condition.
4. Replace a faulty cable.
5. Replace the Door Switch.
3. Monitor circuit to check the door
    ON/OFF condition is broken.
1. Execute Key/Sensor in Sec. 9.3.6 to check
    the door switch ON/OFF condition.
2. Check 24VIL signal line (CN4002-2nd pin)
3. Check DOOR signal (CN4003-3rd)
      
 +5 V (when the door is open)
             0 V (when the door is closed)
4. Replace a faulty cable.
5. Replace the DRIVE Board.
6. Replace the CONTROL Board.

    power-on.
    a. CN1004:CIS_SENB_F, CIS_SDO_F,

        CIS_SCLK, CIS_SDI, +3.9V
         For Example:CIS_SDO_F:See Fig.10
3. Replace faulty parts or boards.

    IC0015, IC0011 and CPU(IC0006) and their
    surrounding circuit on the CONTROL Board.

2. DFP Pressure Motor control
circuit does not work, properly.
Refer to the 8th item on Classified Code U12.
3. Rotation from DFP Pressure 
Motor is not normally transferred to 
the DFP Adjustable Drive Shaft 
that controls DFP Roller's position. 
1. Check the ADF mechanism. (See Sec.6.)
2. Execute DFP Pressure Drive in Sec. 9.3.6 
    to check the ADF mechanism. 
4. DFP Home Detector does not 
work, correctly. 
1. Execute Key/Sensor test in the Sec. 9.3.6
    to check the detector condition.
2. Check whether the tip of the DFP Adjustable 
    Drive Shaft interrupts the detector.
3. Check the following connection and 
    soldering condition on each connector.
a. CN3002(DFP HOME SENSOR Board) to     
    CN2003 (USR RELAY Board)
b. CN2001 (USR RELAY Board) to CN1007 
       (CONTROL Board)
4. Check "DFP_HOME" signal.: 5 V (when the
     tip of the DFP Adjustable Drive Shaft
     interrupts IC3001 (DFP Home Sensor) on
     the DFP HOME SENSOR Board.)
         
 CN1007-2nd pin and IC0017-5th pin
5. Check the soldering condition of IC0017 on 
    the CONTROL Board and repair it.
6. Replace faulty parts or boards.
F60 (Front-side gain
adjustment error)

00 1. Scanning Glass (F) is dirty.
Clean the glass surface. (See 7.2.)
2. CIS (F) Unit does not work
    properly.
1. Check if the White Standard Sheet is not
    dirty and not peeled, then is stuck properly.
2. When the scanner starts after turning on it,
    the reference plates rotates and stops once
    while the green light blinks, then open the
    ADF door before they rotates again.
    Check if the White Standard Sheet on the 
    reference plates stop at the correct position
    referring to 8.4.5 reference Plate(F) and
    8.5.27 reference Plate(B).
3. Execute CIS Level test in Sec.9.3.6 to
    check the peak level.
4. Check that LED (F) lights during CIS Level
    test.
5. Check the following connections and
    soldering condition on each connector.
    a. CIS (F) Unit to CN2022(CIS (F) 
          RERAY Board)
    b. CN2023, CN2024(CIS (F) RERAY Board)
          to CN1003, CN1004 (CONTROL Board)
6. Check the power supply for LED.
      
 IC2017-5th pin: 3.3 V
      
 CN2024-1st pin: 3.9 V
7. Replace faulty parts or boards.
3. Pixel data from CIS (F) Unit or
    image processing circuit
     has some problems.
1. Check the following connections and
    soldering condition on each connector.
    a. CIS (F) Unit to CN2022 (CIS (F) RERAY
          Board)
    b. CN2023,CN2024 (CIS (F) RERAY Board)

    circuit on the CONTROL Board.
4. Replace faulty parts or boards.
