5.3. Removing upper body cover
1. Remove the mounting screws (4 pieces), and remove the
upper body cover. (Fig. 6)
2. Disconnect the lead wire connector of the power control
from the power board and remove upper body cover.

5.4. Removing power control
1. Pull off the power control knob.
2. Remove the fastening nuts with hex. socket wrench and

5.5. Removing cord rewind /

1. Insert the minus screwdriver into the hinge area
(clearance between pedal and upper body) of the pedal
and pry off for removal. (Fig. 11)
2. When the pedals are removed, the springs are also
removed together. (Fig. 12)
5.6. Removing/replacing

1. Using the minus screwdriver or similar, expand the upper
body’s hook which fastens the power switch. (Fig. 13)
2. Disconnect the stopper-provided faston terminal from the
switch and replace the power switch.
3. Connect the removed lead wires to the switch tabs and
reinstall in its lodging. (Fig. 14)
NOTE: Maker sure the lead wires and lower body seal
are correctly positioned to avoid pinching them
between parts.

5.7. Removing upper body
1. Remove the printed circuit board fastening screws
(2 pieces), and float the circuit.(Fig. 15)
2. Remove the lower body seal.
3. Remove the upper body fastening screws (5 pieces)

5.9. Replacing the cord reel assembly
1. When the motor is removed from the lower body,
straightly pull up the cord reel from the lower body for
removal. (Fig. 21)
2. Disconnect faston connection terminals from the
cord reel. (Fig. 22)
3. Pull up the cord guide of the lower body and remove the
power cord from the guide. (Fig. 23)
4. Replace cord reel assembly with a new one and pro-wind
the power cord the extra times indicated on the cord reel
sticker.
5. Reinstall cord reel assembly, motor unit and remaining
