1. Remove the tank. 

 

 

2. Remove 2 screws, and remove the handle and the stor- 

age case for hose. 
*Be careful not to lose the O-ring. 

 

*In assembly, insert the Suction hose joint firmly before 
fastening the screw so as to prevent the water leakage. 

 

3. Remove the top lid of housing by inserting the slotted- 

screwdriver unhooking 8 hooks. 

4. Remove 2 screws, and then remove the middle lid of 

housing. 
*Be careful not to lose the O-ring. 

5. Remove the switch buttons. 

 

6. Remove 1 screw, and then remove the power cord plate. 
7. Remove 5 screws, and then remove the bottom cover 

assembly.

8. Remove the connector and 4 hooks, and then remove the 

main module. 

 

9. Remove the screw, and then remove the top pump base, 

pump block and bottom pump base from bottom cover. 

 

10. Remove 2 screws form motor, and then remove the pump 

block from motor block. 
*Be careful not to lose the O-ring. 

 

11. Remove the motor by melting the solder. 

• Fill  the  tank  with  the  water  (600  ml).  Check  if  the  water  is 

emptied  in  approximately  115 seconds  with  water  pressure 
adjustment switch level 10. 

• Check the water leakage from handle and unit. 
• Check the noise during working. 
• Fill  the  tank  with  the  water  (600  ml),  and  then  turn  on  the 

switch  with  water  pressure  adjustment  switch  lever  10. 
Check the water leakage turning off the switch after it oper- 
ates for 1 minute. 

(The water leakage checks at highest pressure of inside of 

pump.)
