5. To remove the trimmer driving bar, finishing blade driving

bar or the slit blade driving bar, press bars outward. 

6. Remove the module.

• Pull out and line up the lead wire.
• To avoid damaging the lead wire, while pressing the

module downward, lift it toward you and remove it from
the main unit case A assembly.

Use caution not to lose O-rings and have the lead wire
get pinched in the assembly.

7. Take out the battery from the chassis. 

8. Unsolder the lead wires from the module.

9. Lift the trim blade knob to its highest position and unfas-

ten the inside a screw and outside 2 screws to remove
the suspension cover.

10. Remove the front panel from the three hooks.

11. Remove the switch button from the two hooks.

Use caution not to lose switch springs.

12. Remove the switch panel from the six hooks.

Use caution not to break any of the hooks.

13. Remove 2 screws and remove the linear motor.

1. When installing the suspension cover, lift the trim blade

knob to the highest position and attach it to the main unit.
Slide the suspension cover and check if it is attached cor-
rectly.

2. Solder the lead wires with the module. 

Make sure of the color of lead wires. 

3. Make sure that lead wires are allocated as the figure  to

avoid abnormal noise. Install (+) terminal of battery into
the terminal plate at the bottom cover side and firmly set
the battery slided in the direction of arrow. Attach (-) ter-
minal of battery.
