(7).Referring to Fig. 6, remove the Screw Nut (M5) (with 8
mm (0.03 in.) Socket Driver) that secure the BM-ET500
and remove the BM-ET500 from the Mounting Bracket
while releasing the four hooks of the Mounting Bracket .

(8).Referring to Fig. 7, remove one screw that secure the
Shipping Lock and remove the Shipping Lock.
(9).Referring to Fig. 7, remove six screws that secure the
Rear Panel and remove the Rear Panel  from the BM-
ET500 while removing the Shipping Lock from the Rear
Panel.
(10). Referring to Fig. 8, remove six screws that secure the
Camera Mechanical Ass'y and remove the Camera
Mechanical Ass'y from the BM-ET500 while removing
the Shipping Lock from the Camera Mechanical Ass'y.

(11). Referring to Fig. 9, disconnect the connector CN222 on
the Printed Circuit Board (Camera Main Board) of the
Camera Mechanical Ass'y and remove the Wire Ass'y
(5-pin).

(12). Referring to Fig. 10, disconnect the connector CN251
on the Printed Circuit Board (Camera Main Board) of
the Camera Mechanical Ass'y and remove the Wire
Ass'y (6-pin).
(13). Referring to Fig. 10, disconnect the connector CN253
on the Printed Circuit Board (Camera Main Board) of
the Camera Mechanical Ass'y and remove the Wire
Ass'y (20-pin).
(14). Referring to Fig. 10, disconnect the connector CN252
on the Printed Circuit Board (Camera Main Board) of
the Camera Mechanical Ass'y and remove the Wire
Ass'y (30-pin) removed from the 10-key Board of 10-
key Unit.
Note: When installing the New Camera Mechanical
Ass'y, use the Wire Ass'y (30-pin) removed from
CN252 again.

2. Installation of the New Camera
Mechanical Ass'y
Refer to the figures on page 2 - page 4 (Fig. 1-Fig. 10).
(1).Take out the New Camera Mechanical Ass'y from the
Packaging Case.
(2).Connect the Wire Ass'y (30-pin) removed by the Step
(14) of the item 1. Removal of the Camera Mechanical
Ass'y 
to CN252 on the Printed Circuit Board (Camera
Main Board) of the New Camera Mechanical Ass'y.
(3).Connect the Wire Ass'y (20-pin) to CN253 on the Printed
Circuit Board (Camera Main Board) of the New Camera
Mechanical Ass'y.
(4).Connect the Wire Ass'y (6-pin) to CN251 on the Printed
Circuit Board (Camera Main Board) of the New Camera
Mechanical Ass'y.
(5).Connect the Wire Ass'y (5-pin) to CN222 on the Printed
Circuit Board (Camera Main Board) of the New Camera
Mechanical Ass'y.
(6).Pass the Shipping Lock through to hole of the New
Camera Mechanical Ass'y, install the New Camera
Mechanical Ass'y to the BM-ET500 by six screws.
(7).Pass the Shipping Lock through to hole of the Rear
Panel, install the Rear Panel to the BM-ET500 by six
screws.
(8).Install the Shipping Lock to the Rear Panel by one
screw.
(9).Install the BM-ET500 to four hooks of the Mounting
Bracket, tighten the BM-ET500 to the Mounting Bracket
by the Screw Nut (M5) (with 8 mm (0.03 in.) Socket
Driver).
(10). Connect the Power Cable for the Control Unit (BM-
ED500) or the External DC Power Supply Unit to 0V
and +32V or +24V ports of E501 on the Camera
Terminal Board.
(11). Connect the Video Output Cable (for the Built-in Color
(Colour) CCTV Camera) to CN501 on the Camera
Terminal Board.
(12). Connect the Video Output Cable (BNC female) to the
Coaxial Cable (BNC male) of the Control Unit (Camera
1-3).
(13). Connect the Wire Ass'y (30-pin) to CN552 on the 10-
key Board of the 10-key Unit.
(14). Install the 10-key Unit to the BM-ET500 by two tamper-
proof screws (with the supplied Screw Driver Tool).
