Step 3 : Remove the FL Window.
10.10. Disassembly of Gear Box
Assembly
• Refer to “Disassembly of Net Frame Assembly (L) & (R)”
• Refer to “Disassembly of Base Stand Assembly”

Step 1 : Detach 2P Wire at the connector (P904) on Motor
P.C.B..
Step 2 : Remove 3 screws.

Step 3 : Remove the Gear Box Cover.
Step 4 : Release 2P wire from the slot.
Step 4 : Release 2P wire from the slot.
Step 5 : Remove the Gear Box Assembly.
Caution 1 : During assembling, ensure the Gear Box
Assembly is properly seated on the locators.
Caution 2 : During assembling, ensure the 2P wire is
inserted into the slot.

Step 1 : Release the 2P wire from the slots.
Caution : During assembling, ensure the 2P Wire is
inserted into the slots.
Caution : During assembling, ensure the 2P Wire is
inserted into the slots.
Step 2 : Release 2 catches.
Step 3 : Remove the Motor P.C.B..
Caution : During assembling, ensure the Motor P.C.B. is
inserted properly & fully catched.

inserted properly & fully catched.
Step 4 : Desolder pins on the solder side of Motor P.C.B. and
remove the Motor P.C.B..

Middle Gear and Drive Gear

Step 1 : Remove Belt.
Step 2 : Remove 1 screw.
Step 3 : Remove the Pulley Gear.
Step 4 : Remove 1 screw.
Step 5 : Remove the Middle Gear.
