1.1.5. Assembly of Tweeter ornament
Step 1: Fix the tweeter ornament.
Note: Ensure the guides fix exactly to the holes.
Step 2: Support the tweeter ornament at the bottom.
Step 3: Fix 4 screws.
1.2. For SB-PC870/PS870
1.2.1. Disassembly of Rear cabinet
assembly
Step 1: Remove 6 screws.
Step 2: Upset the speaker unit as shown above.
Step 3: Insert steel rule in between the front panel and rear
cabinet assy.

Step 4: Apply light force to push out the front panel as arrow
shown.
Caution:
Do not exert strong force as it may damage the rear cabinet
assy.
Step 5: Detach the red (+) and black (-) speaker wires.
Step 6: Remove the rear cabinet assy.
1.2.2. Disassembly of Full range speaker
(SP1)
 • Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) in item 1.2.1.
Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Remove the full range speaker (SP1).

1.3. For SB-WVK870
1.3.1. Disassembly of Front panel
assembly
Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Upset the speaker unit.
Step 3: Insert a flathead screwdriver into the grooves of
speaker unit.
Step 4: Insert a steel rule in between the speaker cabinet and
front panel assy.
Step 5: Push the flathead screwdriver downwards as arrow
shown.
Caution:
Do not exert strong force as it may damage the front panel.
Step 6: Apply light force along the bosses (counter clockwise
on right side), (clockwise on left side) to push up the front panel
assy.

Step 7: Insert 2 flathead screwdrivers into the gap and push as
arrows shown. Use the same method for the other side.
Step 8: Remove the front panel assy.
1.3.2. Disassembly of Woofer speaker
(SP1)
 • Follow (Step 1) to (Step 8) in item 1.3.1.
Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Lift up woofer speaker (SP1).
Step 3: Detach the red (+) and black (-) speaker wires.
Step 4: Remove woofer speaker (SP1).
