3 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions

Some chassis components may have sharp edges. Be careful when disassembling and servicing.
This section describes procedures for checking the operation and replacing the main components
For reassembly after operation checks or replacement, reverse the respective procedures
Special reassembly procedures are described only when required.

Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Slot a steel rule in between the Speaker Cabinet
Assembly and Front Panel Assembly.
Step 3: Insert a flathead screwdriver in front of the steel rule to
push the Front Panel Assembly as arrow shown
Caution: Do not exert strong force as it may damage the

Step 4: Apply light force along the bosses to push up the Front
Panel Assembly.

Step 6: Detach the black (+) and yellow (-) wires.
Step 7: Detach the yellow/red (+) and black/black (-) wires.
Step 8: Remove the Speaker Cabinet Assembly.

Step 1: Scrape off and clean up the remaining glue at the 4
bosses and 4 holes and replace with new glue.
