1.1. Disassembly of Speaker
cabinet assembly
Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Slot a steel rule in the groove between the speaker
cabinet assy and front panel.

Step 3: Insert a flathead screwdriver in front of the steel rule to
push the front panel as arrow shown.

Caution:
Do not exert strong force as it may damage the front panel.
Step 4: Detach the front panel.
Step 5: Detach the black (+) and yellow (-) wires.

Step 6: Detach the yellow, red (+) and black (-) wires.
Step 7: Remove speaker cabinet assy.
1.2. Disassembly of Tweeter
speaker (SP2)
• Follow (Step 1) to (Step 5) in item 1.1.
Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Remove tweeter speaker (SP2).

1.3. Disassembly of Woofer
speaker (SP1)
• Follow (Step 1) to (Step 4) and (Step 6) in item 1.1.
Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Remove woofer speaker (SP1).
1.4. Disassembly of Connector
housing (White)
1.4.1. Disassembling
Step 1: Use a paper clip push the speaker wire head until it
hide inside the speaker connector housing.

Step 2: Pull out the red (+) and black (-) speaker wires.
1.4.2. Assembling
Cautions:
Follow the following procedure during assemble.
Step 1: Use a pen knife slightly push up the speaker wire head
approximately 45°.

Step 2: Insert the red (+) speaker wire into the (+) hole of the
connector housing.

Note: Push in the speaker wire until hear the “click” sound.
Step 3: Insert the black (-) speaker wire into the (-) hole of the
connector housing.

Note: Push in the speaker wire until hear the “click” sound.
Step 4: Pull both speaker wires gently to ensure they lock-in
firmly.

Note: Repeat steps 1 to 3 in item 1.6.2 if the speaker wires
came out.
