1 Assembling and Disassembling
“ATTENTION SERVICER”
Some chassis components may have sharp edges. Be careful when disassembling and servicing.
1. This section describes procedures for checking the operation and replacing the main components.
2. For reassembly after operation checks or replacement, reverse the respective procedures.

1.1.1. Disassembly of Rear cabinet
assembly
Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Upset the speaker unit.
Step 3: Insert steel rule at the bottom corner of the speaker
unit.
Step 3: Insert steel rule at the bottom corner of the speaker
unit.
Step 4: Gently push out the front cabinet as arrow shown.
Caution:
Do not exert strong force as it may damage the rear cabinet
assembly.

Step 5: Detach the blue (-) and white (+) speaker wires.
Step 6: Remove the rear cabinet assembly.

(SP1)
Follow (Step 1) to (Step 6) in item 1.1.1.
Step 1: Remove 4 screws.
Step 2: Remove full range unit (SP1).
Step 2: Remove full range unit (SP1).

1.2.1. Disassembly of Rear cabinet
assembly
Step 1: Remove 6 screws.
Step 2: Upset the speaker unit.
Step 3: Insert steel rule into the top corner of the speaker unit.
Step 3: Insert steel rule into the top corner of the speaker unit.
Step 4: Gently push out the front cabinet as arrow shown.
Caution:
Do not exert strong force as it may damage the rear cabinet
assembly.

Step 5: Detach the blue (-) wire from full range unit 1 (SP1) and
white (+) wire from full range unit 2 (SP1).
