5-1-1. WASH TIMER REPLACEMENT
1. Pull out knob for the timer.
2. Disconnect the lead wires of the timer. (fig. 6)

After removing the panel assembly, refer to the figure
and proceed as follows:

5-3. WASHING TUB ASSEMBLY
REPLACEMENT
After removing the panel assembly, the nozzle case,
the back cover, refer to the figure and proceed as
follows :

(1) Disconnect the drain hose from the outcase
hall.
(2) Remove the V-belt from the pulsator pulley

5-4. BASE AND WASH MOTOR
ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
After removing the panel assembly, the nozzle case,

5-5. GEAR CASE ASSEMBLY
REPLACEMENT
After removing the base, refer to the figure and
proceed as follows :

5-6. PLUNGER VALVE ASSEMBLY
REPLACEMENT
After removing the back cover and setting the knob
for the drain selector to “WASH RINSE”, refer to the
figure and proceed as follows:

6.EXAMINATION AFTER
REPAIRING
After repairing, perform the trial test and check the
following points.

(1) Measure the insulation resistance. It should be
more than 10M

grounded for safety.
(3) Check to make sure that there is no water
leakage form any of the connections.
