Hot Water Inlet:
1.
Select this inlet when opting f or hot water wash.
Cold Water Inlet:
2.
Select this inlet when opting cold w ater wash.
Water Selector:
3.
Select "WASH"  to supply w ater for washing and rinsing and
"SPIN" for spin shower rinse.
Wash Timer:
4.
Select the desired time for washing or rinsing.
Wash Selector:
5.
Sel  the   Selector to   "GENTLE",  "NORMAL",   "STR
ONG"
according to kinds and quantity of the laundry.
Drain Selector:
6.
Select "WASH RINSE" for washing and rinsing, and "DRAIN"
to drain the water from the tub.
Spin Timer:
7.
Select the desired time for spinning. Max. limit is 5 min. Don't
rotate the knob more than prescr ibed limit.
Buzzer:
8.
It is electrically operated to facilitate you to know the
completion of 
washing cycle.

4. DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before attempting to service or adjust any
part of the washing machine, disconnect the
electrical power supply from the wall outlet.
4-1. Panel Assembly replacement
Remove the screws fastening the back cover and
remove the back cover (Fig. 1).
1.
Remove the vinyl tape fastening the lead wires
closed connector to the plunger valve assembly and
disconnect the lead wires (Fig. 2).
2.
Disconnect the plunger valve strap from the plunger
valve rod (Fig. 3).
3.
Remove the screws fastening the panel (Fig. 4).

Lift up the panel assembly and lay it down on the
top (Fig. 5).
5.
To assemble the panel assembly, reverrse the
disassembly procedure.
When replacing the panel assembly, fix the
plunger valve strap properly.
Securely solder connecting lead wires, or
used connectors and insulate well to
prevent overheating.
Water supply system replacement
q
Pull out the knobs (Fig. 6).
1.
Pull out the supply select hose from the supply
select guide (Fig. 7).
2.
Remove the switch body from the panel.
3.
Push the supply selector guide in the direction of
the arrow (Fig. 8).
4.
To assemble the water supply system to the switch
body, reverse the above disassembly procedure.

Timer replacement
q
Pull out the knobs (Fig. 9)
1.
Remove the screws and separate the switch body
from the panel (Fig. 10).
2.
Pull out the terminals from the buzzer and remove
the Soak timer (Fig. 11) by removing the screw.
3.
Remove the spin timer by pushing the claw holding
the spin timer in the direction of the arrow (Fig. 12).
4.
To assemble the timers to the switch body, reverse
the disassembly procedure.

Buzzer replacement
q
Pull out the terminals from the buzzer.
1.
Remove the buzzer by pushing the claw & pulling
the buzzer in direction of the arrow.
2.
To assemble the buzzer to the switch body, reverse
the disassembly procedure.
Drain Select Arm replacement
q
Disconnect the plunger valve strap from the drain
select arm (Fig. 14).
1.
Lift the drain select arm in the direction of arrow and at
the same time rotate the drain select arm in the direction
of the white arrow until the hook of the drain select arm
matches the groove of the switch body (Fig. 15).
2.
To assemble the drain select arm to the switch body,
reverse the disassembly procedure.

2. Remove the Brake Strap from SD Cover.
Remove the Q-spring (Fig. 17).
3.
Remove the screw fastening the door switch and
remove the door switch (Fig. 17).

replacement
Open the spin dryer cover and separate the brake
wire assembly from the tub, in the direction of
arrow(Fig. 16).
1.
After removing the back cover, the panel assembly,
proceed as follows:
Remove the spin dryer cover by widening between the
hinge hole of the SD Cover Guide and the hinge of the
spin dryer cover and pulling up the spin dryer cover
(Fig. 18).
To assemble the spin dryer cover assembly, reverse
the disassembly procedure.
To assemble the spin dryer basket assembly, reverse
the disassembly procedure.
Unscrew the screw at the left corner in the safety
cover-1.
1.
After removing the back cover, proceed as follows:
Take hold of the front of the safety cover-1.
2.
Pull the safety cover-1 upward.(Fig. 19).
4.
Push the tub by the other hand.
3.
Loosen the fixing bolt of the coupling assembly
fastening the spin shaft (Fig. 20).
5.
Pull out completely the spin basket assembly (Fig. 21).
