4-2. Spin Dryer Cover replacement
After removing the back cover, the panel assembly,
proceed as follows:
1. Open the spin dryer cover and separate  brake wire
strap from the brake wire assembly (Fig. 15).

4-3. Spin Dryer Basket Assembly
replacement
After removing the back cover, proceed as follows:
1. Unscrew the screw at the left corner in the safety
cover-1.
2. Take hold of the front of the safety cover-1. 
3. Pull the tub by the other hand.
4. Pull the safety cover-1 upward.(fig. 18)

 Spin dryer cover
2. Remove the Q-spring(Fig. 16).
3.Remove the screw fastening the door switch and
remove the door switch(Fig. 16).
4. Remove the spin dryer cover by widening between the
hinge hole of the tub and the hinge of the spin dryer
cover and pulling up the spin dryer cover(Fig. 17).
5. Loosen the fixing bolt of the coupling assembly
fastening the spin shaft(Fig. 19).
6. Pull out completely the spin basket assembly(Fig. 20).
To assemble the spin dryer cover assembly, reverse
the disassembly procedure.
To assemble the spin dryer basket assembly, reverse
the disassembly procedure.

4-4. Spin Motor replacement
After removing the back cover, opening the spin dryer
cover, and removing the spin dryer basket, proceed
as follows:
1. Remove the brake wire holder-A in the direction of
the arrow.(Fig. 21).

2. Separate the brake wire assembly from the brake
wire holder.(Fig.22)
7. Hold the spin motor and remove the three hooks
from the base(Fig. 25).
8. Remove the spin motor.
9. Remove the screws fastening the vibration damper
assemblies and remove the vibration damper
assemblies(Fig. 26).
3. Take out the brake wire assembly from the brake
assembly.(Fig. 23)
4. Disconnect the lead wires and remove the V-belt.
5. Lay the washing machine on its front side on a
blanket or cardboard.
6. Remove the screws fastening the base and remove
the base from the outcase(Fig. 24).

10. Loosen the fixing bolt fastening the motor shaft
and pull up the coupling assembly(Fig. 27).
2. Disconnect the lead wires.
3. Lay the washing machine on its front side on a
blanket or cardboard.
4. Remove the screws fastening the base and remove
the base from the outcase(Fig. 30).
5. Remove the screws and the washers, remove the
wash motor and remove the wash motor
damper(Fig. 31).
6. Loosen the socket bolt of the motor pulley
assembly and pull up the motor pulley assembly
from the motor.
To assemble the wash motor, reverse disassembly
procedure.
11. Remove the screws fastening the brake assembly
and remove the brake assembly(Fig. 28).
To assemble the spin motor, reverse the disassembly
procedure.
4-5. Wash Motor replacement
After removing the back cover and the spin dryer
basket, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the V-belt from the pulsator pulley(Fig. 29).

replacement
After removing the panel assembly, the safety cover
assembly, the spin dryer basket assembly, the spin
dryer cover, the washing cover, the Q-spring, the
nozzle case, the door switch and the back cover,
proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the drain hose or the drain hose-D
(Pump model).
2. Remove the V-belt from the pulsator pulley(Fig. 33).
4-7. Gear Case Assembly
replacement
After removing the back cover and opening the
washing cover, proceed as follows:
1. Take out the pulsator cap with "-" type driver.
2. Loosen the pulsator fixing screw and pull up the
pulsator(Fig. 35).
3. Remove the screws fastening the washing tub
assembly and pull it out(Fig. 34).
3. Remove the V-belt(Fig. 36).
4. Lay the washing machine on its front side on a
blanket or some cardboard.
5. Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the base
and remove the base assembly(Fig. 37).
To assemble the washing tub assembly, reverse
the disassembly procedure.
NOTE
Apply adhesive on hose joint to prevent
water leaks.
