6) Replacement of Rotor & Stator
Disassemble rotor nut with boxer(M18) or spaner.
( In assembled, the force is over than 200kgf.cm)
Disassemble rotor,  pull out the rotor as shown the
figure.
Disconnect fixing screw and disassemble the water
guide.
Before disassemble stator,disconnect the hall sensor
and stator housing.

7) Replacement of Bearing housing asm
SNAP RING.

Loosen the 6 fixing screws on the stator. 
(Lower 
upper position screws)
Check the direction of SNAP RING.
(The handle of snap ring is toward to rotor and stator.)
Preventing fallen the stator, tighten with one hand and
then loosen the last screw.
For assembly take care lead wire's state, it produce a
noise and cut attach the rotor.
Loosen 14 Fixing screws on the Bearing Housing ASM
and pull up it.

4-6.  TROUBLE SHOOTING AGAINST COMMON WASHING PROBLEMS
Many washing problems involve poor soil & stain removal, residues of lint and scum, and fabric damage. For
satisfactory washing results, follow these instructions.

Possible Causes
Solutions & Preventive Measures
Use correct amount of Detergent for load size, amount of soil and
water Hardness.
Use WARM or HOT water for normal soil.
Different Water Temperature may be required according to soil
type. 
Reduce load size.
Wash with JEAN or  SOAK & JEAN wash cycle for heavy soiled
laundry.
Separate heavily soiled items from lightly soiled ones. 
Pretreat stain and heavy soil according to directions shown on
page 11.
Blue, Grey, or
Brown Stains
Undiluted fabric softener
dispensed directly onto
fabric
Rub the stain with bar soap. Wash.
Do not overfill fabric softener dispenser and do not pour liquid
fabric softener directly onto fabric. 
See page 14 for more instructions.

  To restore discolored load of whites, use rust remover safe for fabric.
Install nonprecipitating water softener or an iron filter in your
water supply system for an ongoing problem.

Wash lint givers eg towels, flannelette sheets, separately from lint
   collectors eg synthetic fabrics and remove tissues in clothes pockets

Do not overload the washer.
Some Detergents need to be pre-dissolved, check the Detergent
instructions. Try pre-dissolving the detergent in warm water.

• If you press the START/PAUSE button when an error is displayed, any error except             will disappear and 
the machine will go into the pause status.
• In case of            ,             if the error is not resolved within 20 seconds, or the in case of other errors, if the
error is not resolved within 4 minutes, power will be turned off automatically and the error code will blink. But in
the case of           , power will not be turned off.
