3. Pull out completely the spin dryer basket 
assembly. (Fig.19)

To assemble the spin dryer basket assembly,
reverse the disassembly procedure.
Mini Switch Replacement
(WP-710NP/WP-720NP)
4-2. Spin Dryer Basket
Assembly  Replacement
1. Set the knop for the drain selector to
“WASH &RINCE” or “DRAIN” or “OFF”
2. Disconnect the lead wires of the mini switch.
3. Remove the screw fastening the mini switch and
remove the mini switch. (Fig.14).
To assemble the mini switch to the switch body,
reverse the disassembly procedure.
To assemble the spin dryer cover assembly,
reverse the disassembly procedure.
After removing the back cover, proceed as follows:
1. Open the spin dryer cover and the safety cover-2
and pull up and remove the safety cover-1.

After removing the safety cover-1, the safety cover-2,
the panel assembly, proced as follows:

1. Remove the Q-spring (Fig.15).
2. Remove the screw fastening the door switch and
remove the door switch (Fig.15).
3. Remove the spin dryer cover by widening
between the hinge hole of the tub and the hinge
of the spin dryer cover and pulling up the spin
2. Loosen the fixing bolt of the coupling assembly
fastening the spin shaft(Fig. 18).

4-3. Spin Motor Replacement
After removing the back cover, opening the spin dryer
cover, and removing the spin dryer basket, proceed
as follows:
1. Disconnect the brake strap assembly from the
brake wire assembly.
 
(Fig.20).
2. Remove the brake wire holder-A in the direction of
the arrow.
 
(Fig.21).
9. Remove the screws fastening the vibration damper
assemblies and remove the vibration damper
assemblies. (Fig.25).
8. Keep placing the brake spring portion lower, and
remove the spin motor. (Fig.24).
3. Take out the brake wire assembly from the brake
assembly.

4. Disconnect the lead wires.
5. Lay the washing machine on its front side on a
blanket or cardboard.
6. Hold the spin mot
or and remove the three hooks
from the base. (Fig.23).
7. Remove the spin motor.

10. Loosen the fixing bolt fastening the motor shaft
and pull up the coupling assembly
 
(Fig.26).
2. Disconnect the lead wires.
3. Lay the washing machine on its front side on a
blanket or cardboard.
4. Remove the screws fastening the base. (Fig.29).
5. Remove the screws and the washers, remove the
wash motor and remove the wash motor damper.
(Fig.30).
6. Loosen the socket bolt of the motor pulley
assembly and pull up the motor pulley assembly
from the motor.
To assemble the wash motor, reverse disassembly
procedure.
11. Remove the screws fastening the brake assembly
and remove the brake assembly
 
(Fig.27).
To assemble the spin motor, reverse the disassembly
procedure.
4-4. Wash Motor Replacement
After removing the back cover, proceed as follows:
1. Remove the V-belt from the pulsator pulley
 
(Fig.28).

 Washing Tub Assembly

eplacement
 
After removing the panel assembly, the safety cover
assembly, the spin dryer basket assembly, the spin
dryer cover, the washing cover, the Q-spring, the
nozzle case, the door switch and the back cover,
proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the drain hose(WP-710N/WP-720N)
or the drainhose-D (WP-710NP/WP-720NP).
2. Remove the V-belt from the pulsator pulley
(Fig.32).
4-6. Gear Case Assembly
Replacement
1. Open the washing cover and loosen the pulsator
fixing screw and pull up and remove the pulsator.
(Fig.34).
Apply adhesive on hose joint to prevent water leaks.

3. Remove the screws fastening the washing tub
assembly and pull it out. (Fig.33)
To assemble the washing tub assembly, reverse the
disassembly procedure.

2. Remove the V-belt (Fig.35).

3. Lay the washing machine on its front side on a
blanket or some cardboard.
4. Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the
base
 
and remove the base assembly. (Fig.36)
