Using Component1 NTSC with Color Bar white 75% signal
a) Select input source Component1 of operation unit and plug in component cable NTSC with
Color Bar white 75% signal (Astro PG1 Timing968, Pattern968).
b) Press first item in factory menu “Auto Calibration”
ĺ “Calibrate Component SD” to execute
calibration. (See picture 11~12)
c) The signal level show as picture 13-1~13-3. (respective Y, Cb and Cr signals)

6.1.4.2 Color Temperature Alignment
Component (NTSC)
Using 85% white pattern to adjust values of gain of R and B for cool, medium and warm until
color temperature is within spec, please let G gain fix at default value.
6.1.4.3 Maximum Luminance Check
Since the maximum luminance should be confirmed in the condition of maximum contrast and
brightness, we can define an alternative to check luminance based on experienced value.
