1. Definition of the PSU
- This  is  “Power Supply Unit” or SMPS (Switching Mode Power Supply). 
In general, we are called power board.
2. Funtion of the PSU
- The PSU is Device to supply DC power to main board and module. It converts AC power to DC power.
(1) Stable power supply to the PDP TV
(2) Protection of power supply operation\
(3) Sequential power supply
(4) Improve efficiency
3. Configuration of PSU block
(1) AC Input Filter : AC Noise and 
EMI corresponding parts
(X-cap, Y-cap, Normal/Common mode choke coil)
