TP303  3.3V power by circuit shown in Figure 3.  Key board POWER SW 3.7V from D305 output high
to Q305 base. Q305 turned on to pull Q304 pin4 to low. Q304 turned on. Battery voltage V-BAT via L303
provide power to IC U302 pin6.  L305, U302, R313, R319 form 5V step up circuit to provide 5V to L304
to LED（TP302）to D303 to IC U303 and output stable 3.3V to L306 to provide power to MCU
（TP303）

E203  TP303  3.3V abnormal：
1、Check TP302 voltage.  TP302 normal then check U303 pin3.  If pin3 is normal, than problem is 
     D303 is open or C368, C369, C332 is short circuit.
2、U303 pin3 normal. Check L306 resistance wrt GND to judge if MCU short circuit cause 3.3V abnormal.
3、TP303 3.3V abnormal cause unit cannot turn on.  When pressing power key, TP303 3.3V.  When key
      released, no voltage.  Check if MCU U101 is solidered OK.

E204  TP302  5V abnormal：
1、Check U302 pin6 voltage.  If no voltage, check L303, Q304 if open ciruit or wrong direction
2、Check U302 pin6 voltage.  If OK, check U302, L305, D302, L304 for soldiering problem.
3、If TP302 voltage too high or too low, check R313, R319 if soldiering OK.

E305  TP301  3.7V abnormal：

TP301, TP314 circuit shown in Figure 4. High in MCU ST-BY pin, Q303 turned on to pull low Q301 pin4.
Q301 turned on.  V-BAT power to Q301 to power amp step up circuit provide 3.7V（TP301）.
U301, L301, Q302, D301, R302, R305, R310 forms 10.5V step up circuit to power amp（TP314）

E305 TP301  3.7V abnormal：
1、Check MCU ST-BY if input is high.
2、Check Q301 pin1, 2, 3 voltage is correct.
3、Check Q303, Q301 if soldiering is OK.

E206  TP133  3.3Vabnormal：
TP133 checking procedure same as E203.

E207  TP314  10.5V abnormal：
1、Visual inspect if U301, L301, Q302 soldiering is OK.
2、Check if R302, R305, R310 is open circuit or soldiering problem.
3、Check if power amp IC has short circuit or damaged or misplace.

5.1．Error code-E3

E301 E302 Max output power abnormal：
1、Use a scope to check IC U203, DSP U201, U501, U502 signal in sequency.
2、Check key board and connectors are OK.  Check if vol is set to max.

E303 input sensitivity：
1、Check if soldiering on input signal connector is OK.
2、Check if C205, C206, C207, C216, C217, C218 is short circuit.

E304 E305 1W output distortion：
1、Check U501, U502 surrounding component soldiering is OK or not.

2、Check if DSP U201 surrounding components soldiering is OK
3、Check power amp IC and surrounding components.

E306  Output Frequency Response
Use a scope to check the signal path to eliminate problem.

E307  Channel Balance
Use a scope to check the signal path to eliminate short circuit between the channels.

E308 E309  Channel Separation
Use a scope to check the signal path to eliminate short circuit between the channels.

E310 E311  S/N Ratio
Same as E304 E305 procedure

E312 E313  Min Vol Level Noise
Follow above procedures to check.

6.1．Error code-E4

E401   Cannot write code:
1、Check if scanner can scan BT address from BT module.  If not, manual input BT address.
2、Check if NFC tag is good.
3、Check if TP121 has 2.2V when NFC device is put close to NFC tag.  If not, check Q101, Q102 circuit.

To reset the unit to factory setting:
1. Power on the unit by pressing the "Power Key".
2. Press the "Vol - " key and the "Mode" key together for more than 5 seconds.
3. The unit will display Red, Green, Blue light and goes into power off stage.

The unit is reset to factory setting.
