Warranty labor rate: MINOR repair
 To:
All JBL Service Centers
 Models:  PSW1000, PSW1200
Subject:  Cycling ON & OFF every five seconds
In the event you receive a PSW1000 or PSW1200  with the complaint that the unit is cycling off & on
approximately every five seconds:
Procedure:
Remove the amplifier from the subwoofer enclosure and check the main PCB for the presence of R135,
(100 ohms).  If R135 is present at the location shown on the drawing below, remove it by cutting both
leads.  After removing R135, reassemble the product and verify proper operation by applying a 70 Hz,
25mV  signal (with the volume control halfway to full CW) to the low level input jacks.  When the signal is
applied the 70 Hz tone should be audible from the woofer, and the unit should no longer cycle on & off
every five seconds.
