1.5, 2.5. 3.2; External Power Supply 

The external power supply was not evaluated as part of this 
report. An external power supply approved to IEC 60950 
shall be provided. The external power supply output shall be 
separately certified as limited power source, complying with 
the national regulations of the countries in which the 
appliance is to be sold. 

1.7.12; Language of safety 
markings/instruction 

Instructions and equipment markings are to be provided in a 
language that is acceptable in the country in which the 
equipment is to be sold. 

4.3.8; Batteries 

The Equipment can be powered up with 4 AA non-
rechargeable Alkaline batteries. Fault testing and 
evaluations were performed on the battery connection 
circuit for unintentional charging and discharging, no hazard 
or damage during testing.  Refer to General product 
information and appended table 5.3. 

4.5; Temperature tests 

Temperature test were conducted with maximum normal 
operation using a standard 1kHz sinusoidal signal input, 
filter with Pink Noise and transmitted from a Bluetooth 
Device to the equipment according to Harmonized standard 
IEC 60065, 7

 Ed section 4.1.6. Testing was performed on 

a 50°C ambient Oven.  

5.3.1; Abnormal operation and fault 
conditions 

Abnormal testing conducted on Battery circuit for 
unintentional charging, Alkaline batteries are considered 
safe during discharge. No hazard or damage.
