4.2.2 TEST PROCEDURE
Test EUT in normal conditions, then repeat in extreme conditions.
Measurement RBW = 100kHz, VBW ≥ 100 kHz, average mode with 60 second sweeps selected.
Pre-test the 3 modulation to find GFSK and 8DPSK is worse case, so only record GFSK and 8DPSK test
data.
