3.9Audio test in fabrication line
1. Channel test fail
A.
Used test signal: to make sure the sound from L-channel or R-channel, and compare the
loudness difference.
B.
If no sound, please check the connection, if connection is fine, please change the driver.
2. FR test fail
A.
Use left channel signal (200 Hz) to test Woofer, if woofer no vibration, please change the
driver.
B.
Use right channel signal (200 Hz) to test Woofer, if woofer no vibration, please change the
driver.
C.
Use left channel signal (10K Hz) to test Tweeter, if woofer no vibration, please change the
driver.
D.
Use right channel signal (10K Hz) to test Tweeter, if woofer no vibration, please change the
driver.
E.
If all drivers have sound, please check any assemble mistaken.
3. Distortion noise
Use swept test signal (60Hz~2k Hz), to find out the distortion frequency, and then check
assembly.
4. Microphone test fail
A.
Make a phone call, if no communication on remote side, if it is microphone damage. Please
change the component.
B.
If the communication is correct.
a.
Check the firmware version
b.
Check the any block or dust on the rubber ring.
c.
Check the keypad board PCB version.
d.
If the above all are correct, change the microphone.
