7. Radio Interference Power
7.1 Test Procedure
Measurements were performed in the frequency range 30 MHz to 300 MHz.
The EUT was placed on a non-metallic table of height 0.8 m. At the side of the EUT a non-metallic table
of length 6 m was placed to provide for movement of the absorbing clamp. The absorbing clamp was
applied successively to all leads whose length was 25 cm or longer, unscreened. For each read the
maximum measured value at each frequency which was obtain when the absorbing clamp is moved
along the lead the distance specified is to be registered. No metallic object, including a possible other
unit of the equipment under test or any person, shall be closer to the lead or unit than 0.8 m. All screened
and unscreened cables were measured with an absorbing clamp, according EN 55013-5.6.
