Subject: Missing preprogrammed codes for other brands.
In the event of receiving a claim from a customer, “remote does not control my other equipment” then
replace the remote with the new supplied remote.
History :
The original supplied remote was mainly including US marketed models, and the memoryspace for
European models was, due to this fact, reduced and resulting in many missing models. In between
another version came with European models included, but without the CD codes for some brands.
Finally the corrected version is here and can be ordered under following partnumbers.
Remote for AVR300RDS partnumber : J54000503000
Remote for AVR500RDS partnumber : J54000504000
PS : An initial quantity of this last version has been shipped to each distributor complying to the
feedback from the respective distributors. Any additional needs for remotes must be placed to the After
Sales department, to the attention of either K. Joly, A. Ploquin or N. Lebert.
