SSP-008 RELEASE

System Hang up during Scale Registration

1.

Model: 

UP-3500 ROM Version 1.01

2.

   General:

After several scale registrations (approx.50 to 80
registrations), the UP-3500 may freeze or show BREAK
ERROR.

Lockout Conditions:-
1.In PGM/2 Setting /1 Device Config /14 Scale and set Scale on Channel:2
2.In PGM2/2 Setting /1 Article /2 PLU EAN and Set PLU1 to price 1.00 and

Scale to Compulsory.
Then Set PLU2 to price 2.00

3.Then in Reg Mode:
Sell PLU 1(Put a weight on the scale).
Sell PLU 2
Sell PLU 1(Put a weight on the scale).
Finalise transaction by CASH
4. You have to reproduce step 3 a number of times to hang up the
system

Action:

 

Install SSP-008
